First of all I have not a proper driver for Windows 10 32 bit. If any one have, kindly share me. The newest universal HP driver did not work, so I removed the printer, uninstalled HP apps, and reinstalled the driver that came with the printer.
Then I turned the printer on, and made sure there was no automatic driver install. I have problems with the newest and with an old one , but I tried with some others, too. Sometimes it prints, but then I get a message on the printer display saying it is error 3dc8.
Then I have to turn it off and on, and it prints one document more The old driver did not work with the new Windows 10 update and the existing driver received with the printer would not load.
I did not install recommened unoversal HP driver as that does not appear to work with this printer. Yes, the newest universal HP driver did not work, so I removed the printer too, uninstalled HP apps too and then reinstalled with old driver and now my printer still worked fine. Hi, glad to see there is someone out there having this error message on the printer.
